  • Stage 1 | Getting In Touch

    For any questions or requests, please feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@bennettross.co.uk or fill in the contact us (top right) We kindly ask that you provide us with your name, contact number, location, project timelines, floor plans, site photos or measurements, and a brief description of your needs. If you have any inspirational images that reflect your vision, please include those as well as they will be fundamental to get your dream interior. We look forward to assisting you!

  • Stage 2 | Your Budget

    As each project we undertake is entirely bespoke, costs can vary significantly based on specific features, material finishes, and size requirements. Providing an initial indication of your budget can greatly assist us in tailoring a bespoke design process that aligns with your expectations. Your early input on budget considerations is invaluable for us to deliver a personalised solution that meets your needs effectively. We typically operate on an 8-12 week lead time for secured pipeline projects. Therefore, we recommend considering this timeframe when planning ahead for your installation.

  • Step 3 | Site Survey

    Once the aforementioned requirements have been clarified, our dedicated team will arrange for one of our experienced members to conduct a comprehensive site survey. During this survey, we will meticulously gather all necessary information and measurements to ensure that every detail is accounted for in the design process. This thorough approach allows us to create a tailored solution that precisely meets your needs and specifications.

  • Stage 4 | Initial designs

    Upon the completion of the site survey, our team will carefully analyze all gathered information to ensure every detail is considered. We will proceed to craft an initial concept design and quotation tailored precisely to your project requirements as outlined in the established brief. Your feedback at this pivotal stage serves as a cornerstone in our collaborative process.

    Upon agreement to the scope of work and proof of concept, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to start the detailed design stage

  • Stage 5 | In depth Design and Materials

    To begin the tailored design process, a member of the design team will visit your home to discuss your brief and review our wide range of carefully selected material samples. Access requirements for transporting modules will also be addressed. Costs for any additional features or omissions during design development will be reconciled in the final balance.

  • Stage 6 | Securing your installation

    Our typical lead time for booked projects is 8-12 weeks. Available installation dates are secured with a 60% deposit. Please note that design changes can be made up until 2 weeks before your manufacture start date, offering flexibility. However, no dates can be held without this initial deposit.

  • Stage 7 | Manufacture

    Following this, your project will enter the production phase, where we will generate all required cutting lists and procurement needs in preparation for workshop commencement. The technical design stage is geared towards optimizing your project into finished transportable modules, ensuring a seamless and efficient installation process in your home.   • Stage 8 | Install

    We'll provide regular updates on the progress of your build and promptly notify you of any unforeseen delays that may necessitate rescheduling. Our team will be on-site from 10 am to 5 pm for the installation, though timing may vary. Upon completion, the final 20% of the balance will be due.

  • Stage 9 | Aftercare

    All prices are inclusive of a 12-month complimentary aftercare package, which covers adjustments, touch-ups, or repairs as needed. To report any snagging concerns, please email aftercare@bennettross.co.uk, and a member of our team will coordinate a revisit when one of our installers is next in your area. Any remedial works required after the initial 12 months will incur charges to cover travel and materials.
